Hi, I'm Julia, your instructor! Since we'll be spending a lot of time together these next 4 weeks, here's a little bit of background on me + why I created this course.

A little bit of my journey over the past few years!

Right after leaving my full time job in 2022- first vacation where I could catch up on rest, not jump every time my phone rang, and actually hang out with my family instead of staying behind to answer emails. I saw an amazing double rainbow as a good luck sign that I was on the right path!

Joyfully relaxing on a recent trip to Mexico- enjoying all this beautiful life has to offer!
